Nice Place to Sleep in Campus

Shouldn't have stayed up and chat so late on MSN when I have lessons at 8am today. Very sleepy. Hahaha. I will be going for CG later so I need to rest/sleep as much as possible after my lesson ends at 2pm today.

Going home is not an option. I have to reach Paya Lebar by 6pm. I will lose a lot of sleep in between. What better place to sleep other than school then? So here's a few suggested places to sleep in NYP.

1. The Library Wings
Be it the north or the south wings, is it by far the best place to sleep. Nice cooling environment and no one will come to disturb. You can even try the 5th floor but the librarians like to patrol the 5th floor very often so it is not really socially "considerate".

2. The Computer Labs
A bit cold sometimes but still a nice place to take a nap. You can surf the web a little and even tune in to online radio and listen to music while you nap. Do bring a jacket along just in case. Caution thou, the smaller labs may be booked for lessons so you may have to leave if so.

3. The Corridors along the Classrooms
You can act as thou you are waiting for tutorial to start and sleep outside the classrooms. What is great about this place is you can really slump on the ground and the corridors are air-conditioned. Only problem, it may get little noisy if people are moving around. Some blind cocks may step onto you once in awhile.

4. The Lecture Theatres
For those who are more adventurous or need a stimulant, nothing prove to drive a person to sleep better than old boring lectures. Go into a lecture theatres where there is some ongoing lectures, sit at the back of the theatre, focus a little on the presentation and you may soon find yourself in la la land. Don't try this during your own lecture or you may find yourself sitting for the same lectures next semester.

5. The Spectator's Gallery at the Running Track
Very quiet and low on human traffic. A really nice place to sleep. However, be warned that this could be one of the HOTTEST spot and unless you are intending to get a sun-tan, find somewhere else to sleep. Don't even try to sleep here on rainy days.

6. The Toilet
This is one place no one will ever complain if you do fall asleep. Just sit on the toilet bowl and start dozing off. The once-in-awhile smell when someone else uses the next cubicle may be a bit offensive and it can also get a little stuffy in the toilet but it can be helped using a portable mini fan and some medicated oil (the oil will let others think you have some serious diarrhea and encourage them to leave the toilet as soon as they finish their business). However, the downside of this, it was said that you could develope piles if you sit in the toilet for too long.

7. The Canteens and Food Outlets
For those people who need "noise" to sleep, you can always find a place here. It is really noisy thou but I do know of people who like such atmosphere. Please wear a face mask thou, your drooling may put diners off. We want to be "considerate" neighbours.

Time to prepare for leson then SLEEP! Yawn...

Gotta confess this before I leave. GOD IS GOOD. :)
